Nannies and babysitters retained on our register and employed by our clients endeavour to complete their tasks with the utmost care and professionalism. As a condition of their employment, all pledge their commitment to observing the following formal undertakings:

  • To obtain and respect the house rules.
  • To accomplish the mission personally and never seek to be replaced by someone else without the employer’s prior consent.
  • To be punctual and advise the employer immediately of any exceptional circumstances which could involve lateness or absence from work.
  • To be sensitive to the children’s needs at all times.
  • Never to resort to corporal punishment.
  • To inform the parents daily about the activities and development of their children.
  • To carry at all times a list of emergency telephone numbers (parents, doctor, ambulance, TOX-Centre).
  • To make a list of authorised medicines and treatments, including precise instructions regarding administration.
  • To wear clean and appropriate clothes.
  • Not to smoke or consume alcohol during working hours.
  • Not to receive personal visits during working hours.
  • Not to use the family’s telephone, fax or Internet for personal communications, and to limit the use of their own mobile telephone.
